The Overall Plumber

I've never had to call a plumber before! But in the last 24 hours, I restled with the outcome that I was defeated. I got online and searched for a plumber. I read the reviews and weighed my options, and kept coming back to the same decision! The Overall Plumber in Santa Fe Teaxs off Hwy 6 answered the call. The customer service over the phone was kind, understanding, and very straightforward on how they work and price upfront. The visit and understanding of the problem were free. My service personnel was named Dayton. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He educated me on certain things related to my service call. Now, I knew these things he told me, but it was nice knowing that he took the time to help the consumer. Now that's true service! Thank you, Dayton! And finally, the fact that they are on call 24hrs. Makes me comfortable knowing that help is just a phone call away! Thank you to all, at "The Overall Plumber" I will choose nobody else when it comes to plumbing!

These folks have been great. Prices are reasonable and all work was done professionally. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong with the Overall Plummer!

I was looking for a water heater supplyline that was 1 in. VS 3/4 inch. No one seemed to have one. I called them and even though they did not have one, Chris found 6 of them and told me exactly where to go and what isle they were on. I could not believe how helpful they were. I sure would call them again for any type if plumbing repair. Also, it was late on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed.
